instructional content (OER) for teaching and learning K-12. But, what is OER and how can Open Education Resources impact teaching and learning in positive ways? Wisconsin's WISELearn Library provides a centralized location for connecting Wisconsin and its WISELearn Project supports OER efforts in K-12 instruction.
